You will be involved in a set of activities that will introduce you to and reinforce knowledge needed in today’s technological world. You will be actively involved in these activities.

There are six (6) required activities. These must be completed by the end of the ten week session. You will have the opportunity to choose from ten (10) optional projects/activities- choose 3 of these to be completed by the end of the ten week session. You will have 10 weeks to hand in 9 projects- there won’t be time to goof off!!

5. Help Wanted Advertisement

6. Technological news article from newspaper

1. Photography

2. Video Project

3. Radio Show/Broadcasting

4. Use Sign Engraver & Vacuum Former to make 2 signs

5. Laser Activity/Robotics

6. Screen Printing

7. Use Oxy-Acetylene torch to braze a 3-dimensional sculpture

8. Create a bulletin board for the Technology Room

9. Small Engines

10. Individual Project- advanced CADD, rocketry, woodworking, etc.

Please plan accordingly. Do not wait until the last 1-2 weeks to start your optional activities. Some activities involve the use of specialized equipment (Photography, Video, Radio) and take considerable time to complete.
