LONG RANGE FACILITIES PLAN Updated 5 Year Plan 2/7/2011
The District is presently
involved in the process of completing and submitting a
comprehensive Building Conditions Survey Report to NYS
Education Dept. with the assistance of Beardsley Design
Associates. This report includes a large variety of items
and projected costs that the district will need to consider
addressing in the next 5 years. Once the submission has been
completed, the district will begin working with The BOE
Facilities Committee, administrators and selected
stakeholders in order to develop a new detailed 5 YR Capital
Improvement Plan similar to the documents listed above. It
is our intent to have an initial draft of the new 5 YR
Capital Improvement Plan to The BOE Facilities Committee for
their initial review in early Spring 2011. Any questions about the process
to date can be directed To Michael Babcock, Superintendent
Buildings and Grounds, CDF at 607-387-5306 or
